Goodbye Flared Pants and Hello Flared Heels

The 70’s influence has been dominating for a couple seasons and flared pants have reigned supreme, but with the new decade upon us, it’s time to say goodbye to nostalgic trends and welcome some that are original to this time. In 2020, innovative designs are something to be looking forward to, and the flared heel is the perfect example of something unique.

Amina Muaddi won Shoe Designer of the Year at the 2019 Footwear News Achievement Awards for her upside-down martini-glass shaped heels. What’s wonderful about these shoes is that not only do they look super cool, but also they give you more stability. There’s no doubt these beauties are trending. Even Rihanna hired Muaddi to design shoes for Fenty—and if Rihanna loves them, we know they’re totally chic.
