Supreme Steps Into Beauty: Supreme x Pat McGrath Collab

Supreme is known as a popular skating brand that took collaborations to the next level. We have seen them collab with notable brands like Louis Vuitton, North Face, Nike and Vans. They never cease to please pro-skaters, fashion influencers, and street-style connoisseurs. Beyond clothing, Supreme has developed crazy products—anywhere from a motorcycle to a cookie. Yes, they collaborated with Oreos back in March. But never beauty… until now. 

It has been announced that Supreme collaborated with the talented Pat McGrath; a British makeup artist deemed one of the most influential people in 2019 according to TIME. McGrath has worked with many famous celebrities and has been featured in countless publications due to her artistry, creativity and pure talent. McGrath launched her beauty brand, Pat McGrath Labs, in 2016 and has only grown as an artist and entrepreneur since. Her brand is sold online and in Sephora stores all over the world. Supreme has stepped it up and has now added another exemplary collaboration to their belt.

This collaboration features a lipstick in Supreme’s signature red. The formula of the lipstick is to be crafted by Pat McGrath Labs, but the packaging is designed to highlight recognizable emblems of the McGrath brand and Supreme. The engravings on the side paired with the gold lip in the middle nods to McGrath’s advertising using lips and the normal markings of her products. The white Supreme logo is featured on the front of the lipstick. This lipstick is not only highlighting Supreme’s colors through the packaging, but the actual lipstick shade is red.  

Red lips are a world-recognized beauty staple, so this product is right on the money and a must-have for fall and winter. This gorgeous red shade is expected to hit online and in stores soon, after Supremes FW20 collection drop on August 20th. Beauty lovers and Supreme patrons are excited about this collaboration and can’t wait to get their hands on it. Supreme has definitely taken the beauty world by storm with this collaboration with McGrath.
