"Better Than Your Dad's" Playlist

If I am being honest, nothing hits the spot quite like some classic dad music. Whether it be Nirvana, Guns N Roses, or Alice In Chains—it makes me want to jump on my bed and play the air guitar for hours. Growing up listening to music with my father undeniably influenced my taste.

This playlist ranges from hard rock to alternative music, heavy metal, and more. Most of the songs reflect the popular sounds of the ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s. However, not every tune on this playlist is going to make you want to fluff up your hair and paint your face like Mötley Crüe. One listen to “I Know It’s Over” by The Smiths might even induce some tears.

But don’t fret, I promise this playlist is better than your dad’s.
