I learned about this brand while working at a wellness spa in SoHo. We did a collaboration with Highline Wellness, which provided their CBD gummies and CBD oils.

I wanted to try the CBD Night Gummies, as I always have a hard time staying asleep throughout the night. These nighttime gummies carry about 5% Melatonin in each bite and let’s just say 5% is really all you need with Highline Wellness. My routine would always start with a gummy right before my 25-minute shower. By the time I’m done with my shower and throw on my PJs, I am ready to snooze! It’s safe to say I absolutely loved this product.

When trying the CBD oils, the flavors initially intimidated me. However, upon trying two flavors, mint and citrus, I was oddly impressed. The mint flavor is very subtle yet extremely refreshing, whereas the citrus flavor has hints of orange and a lighter taste.

I tried both methods of absorption—under the tongue and in a drink of your choice. I used 5ml under the tongue and 10ml in my 16oz water bottle. When placed under the tongue, it takes about 30 seconds for the oil to absorb. After this, it took about 5 to 10 minutes to feel anxiety-free results.

When drinking it in my water, I wasn’t too happy with the consistency of the water changing. This happens because their oils are coconut oil based. This would be the one and only downside. This method took about 10 to 15 minutes to feel anxiety-free results.
