The shows at this Autumn/Winter Fashion Week gave us plenty of trends to look forward to wearing when the season comes around, including the basic white tank top. Designers such as Bottega Veneta, Prada, Sacai, & Acne Studios gave us their take on the trend for their A/W’22 collections. This season’s shows proved that basics are and will forever be a staple to have in your wardrobes. Y2K is still going strong–and we are still here for it. Pairing a cute white tank top like the one in the picture with a micro mini skirt is a super cute combo, especially for the upcoming summer season that is creeping upon us. Soaking in the summer

I saved the brightest for last since most of us are ready to hang up our jackets and put away our long-sleeves for the rest of the year. Chic athletic wear is trending for this Spring/Summer season, as well as dressing up a pair of biker shorts and simple white tank tops with a pair of summer-ready heels. I know I am not the only one who loves a little color blocking here and there, even if it’s just a little bit, especially when it comes to summertime looks!

The white tank top is definitely one of the most unexpected trends to come out of this year’s A/W’22 runway shows.
