As the organization states, “Women’s Pride is a unique deflation collection whose design is inspired by 21 legendary women admired by the entire world.” Behind the scenes in the marketplace, Natalie Purple, creator and digital designer of beautiful art, evolve certain and multiple features that add to the overall purpose of this project. For example, The collection consists of several components.
Purple's art has helped people choose small details that make them feel important. Her significance in creating historical women with additional features makes the designs more fun and honorable. Sara Baumann, the founder, and artist of Women and Weapons, is now pursuing her lifelong dream of being a full-time artist. Baumann built a multi-million dollar art project and brand in just a few months. All of this was made possible through the power of NFTs. She is now on a mission to get more women, minorities, and everyone in-between into the space to take part in this burgeoning new industry.
The art that Baumann wanted to focus on and incorporate is the symbolism of strength. Each woman within the art pieces creates their own vision of strength and the weapons placed in their hands. The specific symbol of strength that was created is meant to view these different women and commemorate them from different time periods in history. The weapons that are paired with each woman signify a specific reason as to why they are holding them. Along with these reasons, the weapons paired with the women carry ideas, ambitions, and values that overall create the purpose of the urge to fight.
Goal
The ultimate goal for Women’s and Weapons is to bring awareness to the Malala Fund. To date, Women and Weapons have given approximately $169,381.52 to the Malala Fund. The goal is to help women worldwide in underserved areas gain access to schooling so that they can make their weapon education. Its mission is to give back to organizations that meet their values and will help them seek growth and success.
