Our biggest takeaway from NYFW S/S ‘19? A takeout bag.

Pop & Suki’s newest release, a handbag styled to resemble a Chinese food takeout box, was seen on many influencers’ arms, including Camila Coehlo, Elle Fanning, Sara Sampaio, Christie Ferrari, Maria Bernad, Rosie Huntington Whitely, Rocky Barnes and more.

Pop & Suki debuted the bag on Instagram in mid-July, and they can now be bought Net-a-Porter, Nordstrom, Moda, and their personal website, popandsuki.com. The funky looking bag comes in nine colorways.

Suki Waterhouse and Poppy Jamie are two well-known best friends who launched their own accessories line back in October 2016 called Pop & Suki. They created the line to be able to have those ‘if only’ kind of items that they actually enjoy having in their closets.

In an interview with Vogue back in 2016 Suki Waterhouse said, “We aimed to juxtapose functionality with femininity—we wanted elegant pieces that could withstand the wear and tear of busy lives.”

They first launched Camera Bags and keychains that could be customized. Throughout the last two years, they’ve added more designs such as the Lolita Bag and Box Bag as well as desk accessories to their line.
