1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 medium Honeycrisp apples (about 1 pound) thinly sliced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
12 ounces salad greens spring mix, baby spinach, arugula, baby romaine, or a
combo of your favorites1 cup pecan, walnut, and/or almond halves toasted or candied
3/4 cup dried cranberries and/or dried cherries
4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
Measure oil, apple cider vinegar, apple juice or cider, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl. Whisk until fully mixed together then put to the side.
Add your greens, apples, nuts, dried fruit, and blue cheese to a salad bowl and toss.
Add your vinaigrette, toss, and enjoy!

Four Ingredient Green Bean Casserole
Green bean casseroles are a classic and timeless Thanksgiving recipe. Aside from mashed potatoes, the green bean casserole is a fan-favorite side. It isn’t Thanksgiving till the green bean casserole is placed on the table. This side dish is beloved by many and is super easy!
Ingredients:
Two Canned or Frozen green beans
One Cup of Cream of Mushroom Soup
½ Cup Milk
One Can French’s crispy fried onions
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350℉
Drain the green beans
Pour milk and mushroom soup into a small saucepan and turn stove on medium for 2 minutes or until warmed.
Pour the green beans, milk, and mushroom mixture, and ¾ cup of french fried onions into a greased baking dish and mix. Use an 8x8 inch to 11x9 inch baking dish
Bake for 20 minutes
Take out and sprinkle the remaining fried onions on top. Then put it back into the oven for 5 to 8 minutes.

Pumpkin Pie Twists
With this delicious treat, you need to make sure you save room for dessert. Pumpkin is a staple for any fall recipe. If you are looking for something a little different, try these pumpkin pie twists. This dessert not only looks impressive but tastes it too.
Ingredients:
1 tube of refrigerated crescent roll dough
½ cup pumpkin puree
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375℉
Mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice into a mixing bowl
Roll out the crescent dough onto a cutting board. Then cut the dough in half, creating 2 rectangles.
Spread the pumpkin mixture on one of the dough rectangles. Then place the second rectangle on top, creating a sandwich.
Cut the dough into ¾ inch wide strips.
Twist the dough strips then place them onto a parchment paper, lined cooking sheet
Brush melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar onto each twist
Bake at 375℉ for 8 to 11 minutes or until golden
