5 Nail Ideas for Valentine's Day

So, we’ve already covered what makeup you’re going to be wearing for Valentine’s Day. But what about your nails? It’s time to hit the salon and get a fresh set for V Day!

1. Red French Tips

One can never go wrong with french tips. Making them red is just the best way to spice them up for Valentine’s Day. Or maybe even pink?

Try spicing them up with a fun design as well. In the image below, we can see the ring finger has hearts instead of the typical tip. Maybe this will inspire our partner to actually propose this year?

2. All Out

For my friends who want to be anything but basic, this one’s for you. Glitter? Check. Hearts? Check. Red, pink, and white? Check, check, check. What else can you need?

3. Simple Hearts

Now if going all out isn’t your taste, this one might be more your speed. Keep it simple with white nails and a cute little heart on each finger.

If you are surprised I’m a fan of “xoxo,” you clearly haven’t been reading my GG recaps. I did these nails last year, and I wish I could have these everyday all year long. They’re simple, but with a little extra design. They’re cute and girly. You can’t go wrong with these nails.

5. Swirls

Last but not least, we have the swirls nail look. If you’re sick of basic hearts, this is definitely the best way to go. It also won’t look tacky if you let your nails grow out for a month after V Day.
