Wear or Tear: Euphoria Season Finale Winner

8 weeks later and we’ve finally reached the finale episode. As we wrapped up season 2 of Euphoria, we had trouble holding back our tears. Season 2 of Euphoria gave us everything we needed and more, including the best fashion trends—you knew that already though.

For our last wear or tear of this season, let’s go through the best outfits and pick which character had the best outfits on Euphoria.

Lexi

As we all expected, Lexi (Maude Apatow) came through with the play of the year. Lexi was definitely everyone’s favorite this season. Not just because she vividly exposed the closest people around her, but her fashion went from 1 to 1,000—real quick.

Lexi wore Miu Miu, Batsheva, Olivia Rubin, Motoguo, and more throughout season 2. She’s giving luxury at its finest—and we are all here for it Lex.

cassie

Speaking of favorites, Cassie (Sydney Sweeney) was not anyone’s this season. We can thank Maddy (Alexa Demie) for handling that (if you know, you know). However, she did pull off some of our favorite looks. Cassie wore House of CB, Marc Jacobs, Brandy Melville, MSGM, and many other designers. Cassie ended the season looking a little rough, but we hope to see a turnaround for Cassie in season 3. But, that’s all we’ll say for now.

Maddy

Yes, Maddy handled the Cassie situation real quick—she truly never disappoints. She also never let us down with her outfits this season—as per usual. She wore Jacquemus, Akna, Channel, Isa Boulder, Marc Jacobs, and many more. Maddy was already a queen, but she became true royalty with her style this season. Her diva-like personality was cohesive with her outfit choices. We will always be a Maddy stan.

Jules

We had a love-hate relationship with Jules (Hunter Schafer) this season. Her actions said one thing, but her outfits said another. This season we received a more mature but still stylish Jules, which we actually loved. She wore Orseund Iris, Maroske Peech, Charlotte Knowles, and a ton of other designers. Just like she developed as a character, so did her outfits—we loved it Jules.

kat

As much as we wanted to see more of Kat (Barbie Ferreira), we’ll just have to wait till next season. But, in any scene she was in, she killed it. Kat wore Mimi Wade, Danielle Guizio, Maisie Wilen, Aune Collections, O-Mighty, and other amazing designers. As we said, the BDSM accessories are gone, and this new and improved Kat is what we are here for.

Rue

Last but definitely not least, we have Rue (Zendaya). No matter where her addiction takes her, we simply can’t stop loving Rue. She is definitely in our top 5 list of favorite characters from Euphoria. Although Rue may not always pop off like the other girls, she still kills it in her own way. Throughout season 2 she wore Mosquito Head, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Aries Arise, and many more. Rue is truly the all-star package.

We know they are all amazing, but it’s time to decide who won our season 2 wear or tear.

We took a vote on Instagram and brace yourself because the people have spoken, and there is a tie. The winners are Lexi Howard and Maddy Perez!

8 consecutive weeks of all their outfits being a wear, amazing character development, and they both gave us the best ending to Euphoria season 2.
