Pleasing by Harry Styles: Shroom Bloom Collection
Since November of 2021, Harry Styles’ fans have been anxiously waiting for a new launch from his beauty brand Pleasing. It was up in the air what the new launch would feature; whether it be more nail polish or even skincare. The new collection has it all; four shades of colorful, pigmented nail polishes, a hand balm, and a hydrating serum. The ‘Shroom Bloom’ collection will be launching on March 15th at 9 am PST/6 am EST on pleasing.com.

The collection has a more quirky vibe with vibrant, bright colors and Mick Fleetwood from Fleetwood Mac as the face of the campaign. In a Vogue interview, it is revealed that he chose Mick to be the face of his campaign, saying that “He’s a magical man,” says Styles, “Mick is someone who brings me—and countless others—great joy. I felt there couldn’t be a better embodiment of Pleasing, or a person who could so naturally capture the wizardry that we love.”
Fleetwood also spoke with Vogue and says that “Pleasing is this experience of, ‘Why not?’ or ‘I’ve never thought of that—and that’s why I’m part of it. It says, here’s something, either literally or figuratively, to hold your hand while we’re all on this journey. That’s what it means to me.”

Shroom Bloom Collection
The collection includes four nail polishes, a face serum, and a hand and nail balm. Pleasing takes pride in “doing better,” as all their products are biodegradable, vegan, and cruelty-free—as well as 100% compostable packaging.

The ‘Shroom Bloom Set’ includes 4 shades of nail polish. The glass bottles are meant to be reminiscent of vintage perfume decanters and completed with castor bean-derived brush bristles.
“Sprouting”- A pale green.
“The Whole Dewniverse” - A sheer holographic bio-glitter top-coat, which can be worn alone or layered over other shades.
“Tender Bud”- A mushroom-inspired beige opaque gloss.
“Vine Ripe” - A vibrant red.
“Whole Dewniverse” and “Sprouting” shades are also available to be purchased individually and retail for $20.
Hand & Nail Balm $25

The ‘Hand & Nail Balm’ protects and soothes the hands leaving a moisturized feel. The formula includes snow mushroom, shea butter, and apricot. These ingredients leave the fragrance-free moisturizer non-greasy and ultra-hydrating.

The ‘Acid Drops Lucid Overnight Serum’ gently resurfaces the skin with glowy lucidity and resets it from stress and pollution. The two main ingredients include natural malic acid and hibiscus acid which removes dead skin and refine the appearance of pores.

The new colorful theme for this launch has caught many fans attention. The psychedelic and wacky vibe encompasses Styles’ goal of creating a brand that brings happiness to his audience. Styles’ clothing choices are always eye-catching, so why not include that in his brand? Styles refers to this collection as “an intoxicating escape-evoking curiosity.”
